Greeted as soon as we walked in and the server came soon as we sat down. The farmer burger was really good and the onion rings were really good as well. They were sold out of the potato soup so we got the broccoli cheese, definitely recommend. The prices were fair and I'd highly recommend trying this place out. Can't wait to try out the breakfast buffet on Saturdays.
This place is always great! Their tenderloin is the best I’ve ever had in the whole world, their Memphis rub wings are superb too! Their coleslaw is even amazing! Service is always good, and it’s decorated seasonally with lovely decor. It’s always clean and their bathrooms are spotless and cute!
Was in town for an event and was recommended this family restaurant. Very glade we ate there. Owners were attentive and friendly. Service was quick. Food flavor and presentation is on point. Will return.
The service here is top-notch! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and our server arrived soon as we sat down. The prices were fair for the quality of food. I particularly enjoyed the Farmer burger and the onion rings (both really good). Even though the potato soup was sold out, the broccoli cheese was an excellent substitution and I definitely recommend it. Highly recommend this spot—can't wait to try the Saturday breakfast buffet!
The portions are huge for the price. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. While we were eating dinner we didn't realize that they had closed but they did not rush us to hurry up and get out in fact one of the owners sat there and talked to us and told us a little bit of the history of how their restaurant became. I most definitely will go back if I'm in the area again and I would highly recommend to go try this restaurant
We went for Valentine's Day and me and my wife both ordered steaks medium rare and both came well done and were very dry. Was unfortunate as based off the other reviews I was pretty excited to go. Edited review based off the owner response. Unfortunately at the time we had other arrangements after dinner so we were unable to wait for corrected steaks, but I should have still reached out during the dinner to talk with them about it so that's not their fault.
Ole Rooste surprised me with its delightful family atmosphere and delicious food, we had the salmon broccoli salad and the chicken fried steak, potatoes and green beans which did not disappoint! All at an affordable cost. Would very much recommend all near Connersville to try, you will not be sorry. Also service was amazing
